Congratulations to Dr. Luba Butska for her two presentations during the 32nd Triennial Congress of the International Confederation of Midwives!

After hearing Luba’s presentation of the research about burn-out in Midwifery that she completed with Dr. Kathrin Stoll, Sally Pairman, the Chief Executive Officer of the International Confederation of Midwives, invited Luba to join a panel on enabling environments in Midwifery. This panel, chaired by Dr. Neel Shah, renowned Midwifery supporter from Harvard University, occurred at 4 AM Vancouver time on June 30th. Luba and Kathrin’s work joins internationally known research about the organizational and governmental support of Midwifery.

Again, congratulations to Luba for her presentations and Kathrin for the important work she does for Midwifery!
