Dr. Hamideh Bayrampour’s application for a Canadian Institutes of Health Research catalyst grant was ranked #1 of 115 submissions in the Cannabis Research in Urgent Priority Areas pool. This year-long award of $125,000 will enable Dr. Bayrampour to initiate her study, “A pilot prospective cohort study to examine the prenatal cannabis exposure and early developmental outcomes.” The research team includes, Patrician Jansssen, Sergei Likhodi, Sarka Lisonkova, Timothy Oberlander, Saraswathi Vedam, Cecilia Jevitt, and Glenys Webster.
