The UBC Midwifery Program is proud to announce that 3rd year Midwifery student Norah Macy was selected as a recipient of the Wesbrook Scholar Award and the Premier Undergraduate Scholarship. These are the University’s most prestigious designations, given to senior students at all levels of study with outstanding academic performance, leadership and involvement in student and community activities. Along with being a recipient of the Wesbrook Scholar designation which is given to only 20 outstanding undergraduate students a year, Norah also received the Sherwood Lett Memorial Scholarship. This is awarded to a student who most fully exemplifies high scholastic and literary attainments, moral force of character, ability to serve, work with and lead others. Congratulations Norah!
