Congratulations to Lee Yeates on her promotion to Clinical Associate Professor!

Lee may be best known to students for her teaching in the UBC Health Integrated Curriculum. She is a frequent guest lecturer in midwifery courses and CPD. Lee is a co-investigator in the BC Rural Site Visits Project (RCCbc) and has been a principal investigator in several other rural research projects. Lee is the Vice Chair, Inquiry Committee, with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and a member of the Rural Surgical and Obstetric Networks Advisory Committee, RCCbc. She received a Distinguished Alumni Award from McMaster University’s School of Rehabilitation Sciences in 2019. Lee’s leadership moves midwifery forward!
