Bio
Celina, a Spanish native from Mexico, is pursuing her PhD in Food Studies at the University of British Columbia. Proficient in English and French, she specializes in qualitative research methodologies. She is dedicated to advocating for vulnerable communities and promoting Hispanic and Latin heritage. With a background in multidisciplinary research, she supports the empowerment of women, small farmers, and Indigenous people. As a passionate researcher and mother, she is eager to contribute to the RESPCCT team.
